First Arrow-2 Interceptor Delivered

Boeing delivered the first “Arrow 2” interceptor to the Israel Air Force on October 31, reports Jane’s Defense Weekly. The companies involved would not disclose the exact number of Arrow missiles scheduled for manufacture, but an Israel defense source is quoted as saying that there are weekly deliveries of “several missile components” from Boeing, and that Israel has two operational Arrow batteries, which each reportedly need 100 missiles. (Article)
